Burnout Silencioso em Equipes Administrativas: Sinais e Gestão de Pessoas / Silent Burnout in Administrative Teams: Signs and People Management

ABSTRACT
This article analyzes how people management identifies and deals with non-obvious signs of burnout in administrative teams. The study was conducted through a systematic bibliographic review, with a qualitative and descriptive approach, using the StArt software to organize the review protocol and searches in Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Scopus and SciELO. The initial search identified 63 studies on burnout syndrome, of which 15 recent articles were included in the final analysis after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results indicate that silent burnout tends to appear through subtle signs, such as disengagement, organizational silence, progressive performance decline, emotional distancing, low participation and difficulty expressing suffering. The findings also show that HR practices, leadership, organizational support, employee voice, person-job and person-organization fit and consistent wellbeing policies are central elements for prevention and intervention. It is concluded that people management must act preventively and continuously, observing subtle signs before illness becomes explicit.
